About

I grew up as a military kid, hopping around from one state to another. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be in ministry full time, specifically as a missionary. My dream of living overseas finally came true when my dad got an assignment in Germany my senior year of high school. A year later, I moved to Belgium to begin college at Continental Theological Seminary. At CTS I learned to deeply love diversity, community, Pentecostal theology, and the Word of God, and a growing desire to teach in the academy and in the church was born. After earning both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in theology and marrying a French man, my husband and I packed up four suitcases and two carryons and moved to the US. We finally landed in the DFW metroplex and connected with The King’s University, where I’ve been working as a staff member and adjunct faculty member since 2016.

I love the church and the academy, but most of all, I love seeing people grow to become more like Jesus. On this blog, you’ll read some of my journey of following Jesus, as well as some thoughts to encourage you on your own journey. Thanks for stopping by!
